Loving myself is rooted in acceptance. I accept all that I am. Each and every day. Each and every moment. The highs, the lows, the uncertainty, even the fear.

Through acceptance, there is liberty. I can freely be all of me because I am accepted by God. I am constantly pushing myself to see myself the way God sees me - worthy of love and a vessel of love.

Loving myself is rooted in acceptance, of myself and of others.
