Dear Amirah,

I want to start off by reminding you that you are perfect the way you are and don’t allow anyone to tell you any different. It is important for you to love yourself because it isn’t anyone else’s job to love you. Put yourself first, think about what your happiness means to you before you do so for others because I don’t want you to fall apart trying to make others happy. Self love isn’t just your looks and what you wear it’s about how you carry yourself, setting your goals and following through with them. Never let anything be enough for you always push for more.
